Frequently asked questions
Why custom software instead of a ready-made ERP?
Ready-made ERPs make your factory change its process to fit the software, and you pay for hundreds of modules you never use. Custom software follows the way you already work, has only the screens your people need, and grows with you. You also own the code.
How much does order and inventory management software cost?
It depends on how many modules, users and plants you need. After an initial discussion we give you a written scope with a fixed price, so you know the full cost before any work starts. Many factories start with stock and order tracking and add production and dispatch later.
How long does it take to build?
A first working version covering stock and orders is usually ready in a few weeks. A complete system with production, dispatch and accounting integration typically takes two to four months, delivered in stages so you start using it early.
Can it work with Tally?
Yes. We can sync invoices, stock and ledgers with Tally or your existing accounting software, so data is entered once and both systems agree.
Will it work on mobile and when the internet is down?
Yes. We build web, Android and Windows apps. Shop-floor and store apps can be built to keep working offline and sync when the connection comes back.
Can you move our existing Excel data into the new system?
Yes. We import your item lists, customers, suppliers, BOMs and opening stock from Excel or Tally, and check the numbers with you before go-live.
Do you only work with factories in Rajkot?
We are based in Rajkot and can visit factories across Gujarat in person. We also work with manufacturers across India and abroad, with online meetings and visits when needed.
Who owns the software and the data?
You do. The source code and all your data belong to your company. You can host it with us or on your own server.
