What it is like

A small team means your work matters and you see the whole picture, from the first client meeting to the production dashboard.

You build it, you run it: Engineers here see their work in production and hear from the people who use it. It makes for better software and faster learning.
Real work from week one: New joiners pair with a senior engineer on a live project, not a training exercise that goes nowhere.
Modern tools, AI included: We use AI coding assistants, code review, CI/CD, and cloud platforms every day, and expect you to learn how to use them well.
Plain talk: Say when an estimate is wrong or a plan will not work. It is valued here, not punished.

Hiring process

Four steps, usually within two weeks. You will hear back at every stage.

A small, realistic task close to the work you would do here, discussed together afterwards.

Meet the team
A visit to the office in Rajkot, and an offer if it feels right on both sides.
